Delphine Tyldesley - Head of Client Services

Delphine runs the day-to-day operations, liaising between clients, providers and business partners, whilst managing the office to keep everything running smoothly here at Wetherall’s Towers. As Head of Client Services, she has over the years, built up an encyclopaedic knowledge of the processes and key people of the many investment companies, product providers and insurance companies that we deal with on a daily basis on behalf of our clients. They all have their own quirks, so knowing who to speak to, when to use diplomacy and when to apply a little pressure to get things done, is an art unto itself.

Delphine oversees setting up new plans and investments for our clients, whilst placing the buy and sell instructions on client portfolios when certain changes need to be made. She also runs the diary, coordinating meetings, video conferencing and phone calls, and generally making sure James is in the right place at the right time. She is also a master of the ‘tactical nag’, as many of our busier clients welcome a gentle reminder from time to time when they need to take action on things that might otherwise fall off their radar. Being a Frenchy also comes in handy for our clients who own properties on the continent, when they need a hand dealing with French estate agents, notaries or banks.

Delphine has been with Wetherall’s since the business first launched in 2014 and is a shareholder. Prior to working at Wetherall’s, she spent ten years with Assetz Finance, working as a French mortgage broker and UK mortgage services coordinator.

Outside of work she is a lover of country music and the Deep South of America. A social creature, Delphine loves to entertain and is most definitely ‘the hostess with the mostest’, as James and Kate can attest. She is very much a dog person, with a Springer Spaniel known as ‘Noodle’, whilst she has a strange obssession with British period dramas and Downton Abbey.
